Dear all,

 

As promised a quick follow-up on the ChildRight situation. Looks like the organisation is weathering the storm. We are, however,  still waiting for the outcome of the police investigation. Bala has let me know that the children's home has received the monthly sponsorship and that the children are doing well. Best news is that Rabish' CD4 count is up from 485 to app. 900. This is such a remarkable improvement that the hospital is currently going through his medical report to learn more about what may have caused this and is sharing their findings with other specialists.

 

Dorte has very kindly offered to bring donations with her to Kath when she goes in July. Again, SPB and I appreciate your support! - Julie
